Let's connect

Your bridge to meaningful communication and personalized assistance, we're here to listen and assist you

The approach of Satyananda Yoga is to incorporate the whole person, not just the body. There is an emphasis on awareness and practitioners are encouraged to learn about all aspects of their personality through Yoga, in order to find Balance in Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spritual Health

Our vision is to create an ashram, along the lines of the Sivananda Ashram in Rikhia, in every district of India and more. We are starting with Chennai. By the grace of Guru, the project has been started and the karma yogis of Satyananda Yoga movement in Chennai have spurred into action.

Even as we have begun a hard and sincere work for the Chennai city ashram, we are also simultaneously working for a larger Ashram in the district surrounding Chennai city. Creating such Gram ashrams in every rural district of India is our ideal. These ashrams will live the mandate of our Guru Parampara of Serve thy neighbors and Spread Yoga..
